BLEEDING CONTROL KIT

The Bleeding Control Kit is meant to treat life threatening bleeding and penetrating chest injuries. This is not meant to be a regular first aid kit (for the best first aid kit click here). Many bleeding kits or IFAKs are filled with a bunch of useless items and dangerous knockoff tourniquets.

Unlike other commercial IFAKs and Bleeder kits, that are appealing on a cosmetic level but insufficient in a genuine, life threatening emergency, our kits were tested and approved by EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, and special forces medics. It's stored in a Nite Ize 311 Pouch that is IP67 waterproof rated up to 3m for 60 minutes  and dust proof. 

• The number one preventable cause of death after an injury is uncontrolled bleeding.  A person can bleed out in 2.5 minutes and the average response time for an ambulance in the USA is 7 minutes. 
  Research suggests that everyday accidents can cause uncontrollable bleeding, but that having the tools and knowledge to stop life-threatening bleeds could save lives. 
• Relying on bystanders to assist or provide help in an emergency situation will not save anothers life. A recent study from Cornell suggests that “only 2.5 percent of people, or 1 in 39, got help from strangers before emergency medical personnel arrived, in research published April 14 in the American Journal of Public Health”.
