Return Policy

What If Survival wants you have trust in our products. If you don't like our products for any reason you can return it for a replacement or refund within 100 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition with proof of purchase, packaging and all items included. Please contact our customer satisfaction team at nsemione@whatifsurvival.com to set up an exchange or refund.

What If Happens Guarantee

We will repair or replace your What If Survival product in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.

It doesn't matter how it happened, whose fault it was or where you purchased it. If you ever have a problem, no matter the cause, we will take care of it.

We require that the defective product be returned to us as part of the warranty process. What If Survival reserves the right to determine the cause of damage, and the resolution of each warranty claim, as well as to request proof of purchase for any claim.

The What If Happens Guarantee does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, user modifications or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.

The What If Happens Guarantee covers products made by What If Survival, it does not cover products sold by What If Survival but made by other manufacturers. If you have a problem with a non What If Survival product, please email nsemione@whatifsurvival.com, explain the issue you are having and we will try to rectify the issue.

If you have an item that requires a warranty, a claim can be submitted by contacting our customer experience team at nsemione@whatifsurvival.com to set up the warranty claim.
